01 · What it is

A single, considered thing — the branded welcome. One current guest. One cinematic screen. One URL.

Not digital signage. Not visitor management. Not a meeting-room display. Welcomery does one thing: it turns your lobby TV into a branded greeting that knows your guests by name.

Your brand. Your fonts. Your colors. Served on any TV browser, synced to your editor in under a second, auto-expiring when the day ends.

Receptionists type. Guests arrive. The screen says hello. That's it.

02 · How it works

From blank TV to branded welcome in ten minutes.

STEP 01

Upload your logo. Pick your colors and fonts from a curated set of 30. Welcomery builds your brand profile in the background while you keep working.

STEP 02

Design.

Choose one of five cinematic templates. Write the welcome. Add tonight's guests to the counter. Preview as you type — what you see is exactly what the lobby sees.

STEP 03

Serve.

Open your Welcomery URL on any smart TV's browser. Press F11. Done. Names show up the moment your receptionist adds them, and tidy themselves when the day's over.

03 · Templates

Five templates. Exceptional, every one.

Most signage tools ship a hundred mediocre templates. We ship five, done right. Cinematic animation, content-responsive layout, your brand baked in at render time.

04 · Every detail

Small, considered things.

Every feature earns its place. If it doesn't make the lobby feel more welcoming, it isn't here.

01

Sub-second sync.

Add a name at the front desk. See it on the screen before the guest walks through the door. Real-time edits propagate in under a second.

02

Names that clean up.

Pick 4 hours, 1 day, 3 days, or a week. Each guest quietly comes off the counter when their window closes. No stale greetings. No awkward edits.

03

Any TV, zero install.

Any smart TV with a browser works. No Raspberry Pi. No Apple TV app. No HDMI player. Just a URL. Press F11 for fullscreen, walk away, the lobby is handled.

04

One brand, many lobbies.

Each screen has a unique URL, inherits your company's branding, and can be edited by the receptionist responsible for that space. Owner permissions, editor permissions, done.

05

Offline, gracefully.

Wi-Fi drops. The screen keeps showing the last good state. No flickering blank panels, no “lost connection” errors mid-meeting. When the network returns, everything catches up.

06

Your full brand, inherited.

Logo, primary color, secondary color, headline font, body font. All configurable from one profile. Every template inherits — change your brand, every screen updates.

The lobby used to feel like the least-considered room in our building. Welcomery made it the most.
